Delivery Policy

Warri Delivery

Same day delivery if payment is made before 10am, and next-day delivery if made after 12pm. Delivery fee is confirmed with the delivery partner and paid directly to them where applicable. Free shipping applies on all orders over ₦200,000.

Interstate Park Delivery

24–72 hours after the rider has dropped off the package at the park and you have been called by the driver. Time frames may vary due to distance and unforeseen circumstances during transit. Delivery charge is negotiated with the driver.

International Delivery

7–14 days depending on the choice of courier company. Price is based on the weight of the package in KG.

Interstate Doorstep Delivery

4–7 working days after the order has been booked and sent out for transit and delivery. Pricing is based on weight in KG.

Pick Up

Please state clearly that you want pick up when ordering. If you will be sending a rider, share the rider’s name and phone number for confirmation. Pick up should be done the same day or next day after payment has been confirmed, between 9am–8pm Monday–Friday.
